Q: I don’t have a company. Can I still join you?
A: Sure. You can join us both as a company or physical person.

Q: How long does it take to have my account setup?
A: Normally we have your account opened in less than 24 hours from your first request.

Q: I can’t send traffic myself but I know people who can. How can I make money?
A: You will be able to generate subaccounts from your panel and assign numbers to your partners. The site for stats will have no connection with our company and will be on a different URL and the domain registered trough an anonymous service therefore you won’t have to worry about your traffic providers to reach our company directly.

Q: Are your statistics in real time?
A: Absolutely! Once a call starts, the minutes are automatically added to the stats and the call to the CDR’s report.

Q: Will I be able to check how many active calls I am running anytime?
A: Yes, you will be able to see the number of active calls for every number assigned to you.

Q: How often do will I get paid and how will I get paid?
A: All our payments are weekly. Monday to Sunday, and is paid on Wednesday of the following week (7/3). At the moment we can pay trough bank account and Western Union. Our bank is HSBC Hong Kong, well known for fast and low cost international wire transfers.

Q: Who pays for bank charges?
A: We put all bank charges on the receiver. We do this in order to reduce our costs and be able to give you the best rates.

Q: Does Western Union payment method have additional rules?
A: Yes,
    a) Payments are processed wednesday and take from 24 to 48 hours to reach destination.
    b) We charge 5% for the Western Union Transfer, that is an additional cost that you must calculate apart from the normal Western Union commission, here is a more illustrative example:
        Total Payment to Client: 500 EUR
        5% Telecomcash cost for WU transfer: 25 EUR
        Client recieve: 475 EUR minus Wester Union commission
    c) In order to process your payment we will need the following information for every payment:
        First Name of the receiver:
        Last Name of the receiver:
        Country of the receiver:
        City of the receiver:
        Account ID of the customer: (We will provide this info)
        Amount to be pay: (We will provide this info)
        Period of the payment: (We will provide this info)

Q: In which currency will I get paid?
A: You will get paid in the original currency of the termination. By an administrative measure we do not mix currencies.

Q: Do you have a minimum weekly payout?
A: Yes we do. The minimum payout is 200 EUR or 200 USD, as we do not mix currencies, you need to reach one of the two minimum to get pay, and you will get pay only on the currency that has reach the minimum. If lower we will forward the amount to the following week.

Q: Can I have my audio file loaded on the IVR?
A: Absolutely. Just provide us with the file in any audio format and we will convert it and upload it.

Q: Do you offer live chat support?
A: Yes, we offer live chat support on Skype, MSN and Yahoo. Contact info is included on the Rate Sheet, on the Terminations Section.

Q: How many simultaneous calls can your system handle?
A: We are running an efficient servers cluster tested with over 1000 simultaneous calls.

Q: Will you pay for hacked traffic?
A: Absolutely no! We monitor your traffic continuously and in case we find PBX hack traffic we will immediately withhold all the payments on that specific traffic.

Q: Can I trust your company and expect to get paid?
A: Trust, both in personal and business matter, is something that takes time to build. We think the best way for you to collaborate with us is to start with a smaller amount of traffic on the first weeks and to progressively increase it on every pay period. This way you will be able to appreciate our payment history and feel safe while working with us.
